New Job Opportunity: Sustainability Manager at Warner Bros. Studio Leavesden (12-Month FTC)

Warner Bros. Studio Leavesden is looking for a dedicated Sustainability Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of environmental sustainability within one of the most iconic film studios in the world.

Their innovative CrewHQ training centre at Leavesden supports the UK’s Film & TV production sector by developing talent and fostering a diverse, skilled workforce.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the onsite ambassador for environmental practices.
  • Develop and implement a production policy and manual.
  • Create and monitor sustainability training programs.
  • Identify and reduce carbon emissions.
  • Ensure sustainable supply chains with key suppliers.
  • Support data collection for annual sustainability reports.
  • Engage with local councils and stakeholders to promote sustainability goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and delivering environmental and sustainability strategies.
  • Knowledge of environmental sustainability issues (e.g., decarbonisation, waste management).
  • Familiarity with environmental management systems and tools for Film and HETV.
  • Knowledge of BAFTA albert and ISO standards (ISO14001, ISO50001) is a plus.
  • Understanding of the UK film and HETV production process.
